Meeting Types:
Board of Directors Meeting - This is a meeting of the Board of Directors.  A notice will be posted on this website and by the mailbox at least 48 hours before this meeting.  The public is welcome to attend and will be given opportunity to speak at the end of the meeting.
Homeowners Meeting - This is a meeting where the homeowners vote on any proposed changes by the Board of Directors.  A Proxy and letter will be mailed out for these meetings at least 15 days prior to the meeting.
Neighborhood Watch Meeting - This is a meeting where members of the Police and City government are on hand to answer questions.  These are usually held after a Board of Directors meeting. No minutes are kept for these meeting.
